A creative systems builder for the inspired and evolving founder.
I think the best way to describe me is a fixer.
I’m usually the one people call when things get weird, break, or stop making sense.
I started Simplify BS because I love a good challenge, and the messy side of business feels like a shifting puzzle that begs to be solved.
With over 15 years of experience leading business expansions, project management, and scaling operations across retail, B2B, and nonprofit sectors, I’ve learned how to build structure that supports creativity instead of stifling it.
I like the hard stuff: the systems, workflows, and behind-the-scenes fixes most people would rather avoid.
I build flow from that friction.
I don’t do empty promises.
Real progress happens when founders are bought in.
I’ve been in the trenches long enough to know that progress doesn’t need to be perfect; it just needs to move.
